This was a GREAT Video Doorbell. The motion detection responds well, offers great features , and works on the same app as my wireless cameras . I have recommended it to several of my friends.Very nice doorbell. I would give it a 5-star, but, because of the lag of time it takes for the doorbell button press to reach my phone, and the lag in video detection. When it notices motion, by time it gets to my phone, the object had already left the frame. Same with ringing the doorbell. The other reason, I have not figured out how to get 2 phones to connect to the same app and get notified when the doorbell rings. One flaw, I did notice, is the micro SD card is part of the doorbell module, not the chime module. So, if someone wanted to rip the doorbell module off the wall, then the stored videos does go with it. HOWEVER, I am pleased with this because it does NOT require you to use the cloud service.The camera only records after motion is detected for a few seconds and therefore I lose meaningful footage of who comes to my door and for what reason. The clips are very short and begin seconds after the initial motion. The picture and audio quality are okay, not the best. The app works fine but there is no live customer support. I wouldn’t recommend itCamera quality is great for the most part but the service is delayed. There have been numerous times someone has rang the doorbell and the call will come through MINUTES later. If it wasn’t for my chime or the motion detection, half the time I wouldn’t know who was ringing my doorbell. Also, my mic doesn’t work for the 2way audio.The set up is hard and manual is hard to understand, would not let me join two phones, so it is set up on wife’s phone, and if your not in the same room, with WiFi, for instance away in car or somewhere other than house when you respond thru your phone, it has a long lag time before the person knocking or pressing door bell can here you, have had people leave while you are trying to respondDoorbell does exactly what it suppose to do, only the thing I don't like about this, is that we have to charge every couple of weeks. I have lowered it on the lowest set for motion sensitivity but it cuts into the capturing motion from the street.The red light stopped working and I couldn’t get it to connect to WiFi. But seller communicated well and sending replacement so hopefully it will work.I get my notifications late there is always a delay but the video is great clear picture
